Hello Ladies,
Our 2026 Women’s Conference is on the calendar for April 24–25 and will be held at Family Worship Center in Beckley, WV.
Our theme is Dauntless, with the scripture reference Joshua 1:9:
“This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
The individual fee is $69 per person if the registration form is received in the state office by March 25. After March 25, the cost will increase to $79 per person. The fee does not include lodging.
A conference shirt is included for all who pre-register. After the deadline, a shirt is not guaranteed. We are also including a meal on Friday evening after the service.

Friday
4:00 pm – Registration Opens

After Service – Food, Fellowship, and Fun Time
Saturday
8:30 am – Session for Lead Pastor’s Wife Only, Millie Tomlinson, Speaker
10:00 am – 2nd Service Begins, Ruthie Baker Thompson, Guest Speaker
We are asking each church to bring at least one door prize in the amount of $25.00. Gift cards are acceptable. The more the merrier. We love giving away door prizes.
There will be a designated offering for our new WWAM project, Poppi’s Dream. We are raising funds to meet urgent needs for children in Indonesia. We are asking each church, if possible, to bring a designated offering for this project. A video will be shown during the designated offering.
Included with this letter is a registration form, poster, and list of hotels. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. I would love to see your ladies at this exciting event.
